Nut Tree Farm sleeps 27 to 28 people. Completed in 2010, this huge property is immaculately finished with oak floors throughout. It has two lounges, a great kitchen, beautiful bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and a warm outdoor pool.

The Cider Barn sleeps 16 people. The cottage was completed in late 2008 and remains one of the most popular holiday cottages in Devon. Beautifully designed, private and with stunning views from the outdoor swimming pool's lawn.

Endeavour Farmhouse sleeps 15 and was once the main Woodhouse Farm house.   The cottage is ideal for big groups or extended family holidays with a private garden, private sauna and parking. The house is just across from the indoor swimming pool.

Columbia Cottage sleeps 15 and was converted in 1997 from the Woodhouse Farm milling room. The large cottage is great for bigger groups or families and is across  the courtyard from the Woodhouse Farm indoor swimming pool.

Rainbow is a large cottage sleeping 15 people – so great for large groups and those wanting to bring extended family or aiming to share with friends. A corner cottage located across the courtyard from the indoor swimming pool.

The detached Badger Cottage sleeps 12 people and was finished in 2011.  Badger is a 5 star cottage with  a great open-plan downstairs featuring wood floors,  granite worktop kitchen and a large private garden with private parking.

Freedom Cottage sleeps up to 8 and was converted in 1997 from the Woodhouse Farm creamery where the farmer churned the milk. Freedom Cottage is across the courtyard from the indoor swimming pool.

The detached Owl Cottage sleeps 6 and was converted in 2003 from a small barn where the farmer once kept his horses. The cottage is a few yards from the indoor swimming pool but situated away from the other cottages.

Madeleine Cottage sleeps 6 people. The cottage is one of the Woodhouse Farm cottages located just  a few yards from the indoor swimming pool. Once a calf-rearing barn, the lovely original beams in some ceilings are still on view.

A secluded cottage by a cider apple orchard, Apple Tree Cottage sleeps 6 people. Prior to becoming a holiday cottage it was the Game Keeper's cottage.  Redecorated in May 2012, it also has a new kitchen and central heating.

The Old School House sleeps 5 and was, as you might expect, once the Ashcombe Village School.  Located at the end of beautiful Westley Valley it has an enclosed garden with a stream plus a hot tub and private parking. Currently being renovated, ready for Spring!

America Cottage sleeps 4 and was once the Woodhouse Farm dairy.   America is a lovely family-friendly holiday cottage located a stone's throw from the indoor swimming pool at Woodhouse Farm. It has a great private patio for barbeques.
