The raised single story building was originally designed in the 19th Century with high windows so that the children could not be distracted from their lessons looking out of the window at the beautiful valley the building sits at the end of.   Cottage guests need not worry about missing the view we have raised the floor so you can see out!

The comfortable Old School House, which can sleep 5 people in 3 bedrooms, has its own idyllic garden. It is set well away from the other cottages and very peaceful. The cottage has a hot tub in the garden (from 1 April to 1 November).

The cottage is conveniently located on the Dawlish road and at the end of Westley Valley making outings to Dawlish or Exeter very easy.

There are steps up to the front door, inside is the cosy sitting room with open log fire (free logs provided). Through a door to the right is the large eat- in kitchen. There is a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom/W.C.  a single bedroom also with ensuite shower /W.C.  and a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room/W.C.
