Nut Tree Farm is one of the rare properties in the UK where a big group of people can all stay in one big house and sit down to meals together - making it perfect for extended family groups. Many of our guests arrange international family reunions at Nut Tree Farm as there are few holiday houses which are so convenient or well designed for lots of people.
Nut Tree Farm sleeps up to 28 people in 13 bedrooms all with their own ensuite shower / bathrooms. The accommodation is split between the barn wing of the building and the farmhouse which together with a large dining room, two lounges, a computer room, kitchen and utility rooms leaves plenty of space for everyone. Exclusive use of Nut Tree’s private heated outdoor pool and hot tub (from 1 April to 1 November) and private games barn and the cottage's own off-street parking area allows guest to come and go as they please or stay and enjoy a relaxing time in the garden. Just up the hill are the Woodhouse Farm heated indoor swimming pool facilities.
The brand new kitchen is designed to cater for large groups so guests will find that there are two large fridge freezers, two ovens and hobs and a large utility room for laundry. The two lounges have their own large flat screen TVs so the children don't have to watch what the parents are interested in. There is a high-quality iPod dock in the dining room.
There is a new gas-fired Webber barbeque for outdoor cuisine at whatever time of year.

Farmhouse:
Passing through the farmhouse front porch, a door opens left into a large twin bedroom (which can accommodate an extra bed). A wide oak staircase leads to four further bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin one with an ensuite bathroom the other with ensuite shower room, and an ensuite twin and a triple room to the right. Turning right from the front entrance takes you into a comfortable sitting room with log burner and flat screen TV. Large leather sofas provide comfortable, luxurious seating. To the left is a study/computer room. A door leads off from here down to private double bedroom with ensuite shower room /W.C. A downstairs cloakroom is situated opposite the back door.
Barn:
The south-facing barn’s first floor has one double bedroom, and three twin bedrooms all with en-suite shower wet-rooms/W.C.s. Leading from the second sitting room, the ground floor has one double room and two twin bedrooms all with en-suite shower wet-rooms/W.C.s - one also equipped for disabled. At the west end of the ground floor the comfortable 18 x 18ft sitting room connects to a large dining room seating 28 at three oak tables, and this joins on to a modern oak kitchen. A door leads to a utility room.
Nut Tree Farm has two enclosed lawns, one with a shady walnut tree and the other has the 12ft x 24ft heated swimming pool. A games barn is situated to the rear of the property with pool, softball and table tennis.
