Columbia is a family-friendly holiday property – perfect accommodation for large groups and those wanting to bring extended family or aiming to share with friends with their families. The building overlooks the old farm courtyard and is designed to be a peaceful place to base your group for your stay in Devon.
Columbia sleeps up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms. The house features a large oak-beamed dining room, and similar sitting room with 32" digital TV, DVD player, leather sofas and electric log-burner style fire. The well located kitchen makes Columbia a great house to cater for a big group as it is situated between the sitting room and the dining room - the cook can chat to everyone!
Two of the bedrooms are located in a unique round part of the buiilding once used for milling wheat with horses. The house has an additional patio garden at the rear which is ideal for barbeques. on the new gas-fired Webber BBQ. Just across from the communal garden/ courtyard there is the Ashcombe Cottage’s heated indoor pool and children’s play areas.
The kitchen is designed to cater for big groups so guests will find that there is a large fridge freezer, a Rangemaster oven and hob. The large dining room table can seat 16 people.
