Badger Cottage was completed in 2011  –  a lateral conversion of two cottages: perfect for two families wishing to share a cottage. The detached building has a large private garden plus separate children's recreation room making it an ideal family holiday cottage for your stay in Devon.

Badger sleeps up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms.   The house features a large oak-beamed living room with a log-burner fire, open-plan all-new kitchen and dining room with granite worktops and huge oak dining table suitable for over 12 people. The property has wooden floors downstairs and is carpeted upstairs. Out of the sitting room's French windows is a patio leading into the garden which overlooks the farm buildings. There is private parking at both sides of the property.  A short walk up the lane is the Woodhouse Farm heated indoor swimming pool and children’s play areas.   The cottage has a hot tub in the garden (from 1 April to 1 November).

On entering  the cottage’s  large living room there is a comfortable seating area around the log-burner with a big leather sofa and another by the 32" flat-screen digital TV and DVD player. Next to the sitting room is a smaller children's recreation room with additional TV and table football.  Badger has a beautifully finished, well equipped kitchen/ utility room with open-plan dining room.

First floor: There are two staircases leading to the bedrooms.  Please note that there is no first-floor connection between the two sides of the house. There are two double rooms and four twin-bedded rooms in total.  On each side of the building there is one double and two twin rooms with a bathroom  (bath with over-shower) and W.C. Badger Cottage is our newest property and is close to all the main amenities.
