The detached Apple Tree Cottage is situated away from other properties making it a quiet, rural location for your stay in Devon.  The cottage is being entensively refurbished during May 2012.  The new kitchen features granite worktops, the rooms and bathrooms have been redecorated, upstairs has had new carpeting and the house has been replumbed with new central heating  (Photos to be updated soon!).  Located on the drive to The Cider Barn, the cottages can be rented together for bigger groups.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.  The house features a large and bright double reception comprising of a sitting and a dining room. There are wooden floors downstairs, with double glazed windows and well proportioned bedrooms. The house has a large self-contained garden surrounding the property with a hot tub for your enjoyment. There is also a private parking area which overlooks a meadow where the farmer’s cows often graze. The cottage has a hot tub in the garden (from 1 April to 1 November).  During 2012 a sauna room will also be added to the property.

Up two steps to a patio and the main entrance.  A boot and utility room leads into a well equipped kitchen. From  the hall, the living room has a log fire, leather sofas and 32" flat-screen digital TV and DVD player and  access to a south facing patio and large lawn. The dining area comfortably seats six and has an electric fire.  Cloakroom/W.C.  First floor:    The well laid out  first floor has  a sunny double bedroom with en-suite shower room/W.C. Two twin-bedded rooms, one with en-suite shower/W.C. There is a  separate Bathroom/W.C upstairs.
