America Cottage was converted in 1997 from the Woodhouse Farm dairy where the farmer, Gordon Smith, used to milk cows every day.   America is a family-friendly holiday property – perfect accommodation for a family. The building overlooks the old farm courtyard and is designed to be a lovely little corner of Devon for your holiday.

America sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and is tucked away in the corner of the Woodhouse Farm courtyard.  The house is ideal for families or couples and is a perfect place to visit the rest of South Devon from.  With a spacious sitting room the cottage is still remarkably cosy in the winter and it benefits from a private walled patio at the rear of the property which overlooks the Woodhouse main garden and the countryside beyond.
