The private swimming pool and surrounding building are kept at a constant warm temperature making it a great place for you to relax all year round.  Within the swimming pool building there is a small children's playroom  with a pool table and toys as well as a social room with a 42" plasma screen, X-Box games machine and WiFi access.

The swimming pool is 4' 6" deep so is suitable for all ages, there are onsite changing facilities and loos.

The gardens around Woodhouse Farm have an outdoor playground and communal barbeque area.  The courtyard has the original "Salmon Leap" fountain designed by Ranulf Rayner in 1997 which resulted in the foundation of a whole new fountain design business run on the estate.
